Easy Green Smoothie

I discovered green smoothies a few years ago. I have one almost every morning and love it!



There are so many benefits! Losing weight, increased energy, boost your immune system,


“All the money in the world can't buy good health.”

1/2 cup water

2 clementines peeled or an apple

1 banana

2 cups spinach

1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks or fresh pineapple


Blend! And you have a smoothie! I have a blentec and love using that to make my smoothies. It's fun to add different ingredients like peaches or even a carrot or celery stick.
